    - We offer an array of technical services overseas, including multi-purpose dam construction, modernization of irrigation facilities, and underground water development.
  • We're committed to promoting customized Official Development Assistance (ODA) for partner countries, with a focus on grant aid.
    - We're actively participating in international efforts to nurture agriculture and rural development in developing countries and to eliminate poverty and hunger.
    - Our goal is to evolve into a specialist institution for international cooperation in agriculture and fisheries, exploring and endorsing convergent and complex ODA business models.
