We, the officers and employees of Korea Rural Community Corporation,

pledge to devote ourselves to our country and to farmers with new spirit in order to become public officials loved and trusted by the farmers, who are our main customers.

  • We will do our best to provide a high quality service to the farmers so as to promote their enthusiasm for the construction of the advanced rural communities.
  • We will do our best to satisfy the farmers by quickly responding to their inquiries and by organizing and making available various information.
  • If we should become unkind or perform our duties unjustly so as to cause dissatisfaction or inconvenience upon the farmers, we will promptly correct it and take any necessary measures.
  • We will handle all the matters quickly, accurately and fairly in consideration of farmers' situations, and if requested, we will visit the service sites to provide assistance.
