Our Farmland Bank is committed to nurturing the growth of our future farmers. We aim to attract new talent, ensure stable settlement, and facilitate systematic growth. Through our tailored farmland support, we cater to various life stages such as interest, start-up, growth, crisis, and retirement, to meet the demands of young farmers in their 20s and 30s.

Tailored Farmland Support Solutions
  • Farmland Sales, Rentals, Leases, Exchanges, and Adjustments
    - At the Korea Rural Community Corporation, we offer a wide range of farmland support services to suit the unique needs of each farmer.
    - Farmland Sales:
    We purchase farmland from non-farmers, relocating farmers, and retired or aging farmers, which we then sell to young farmers, offering purchase fund support.
    - Rentals and Leases:
    We lease farmland from those who have inherited or transferred farming land, and retired or aging farmers, which is then leased to young farmers.
    - Exchange and Adjustment:
    We offer subsidies for replotting settlements due to differences in exchange and adjustment, and we also incorporate Production Base Maintenance Projects with this program.
  • Purchase of Farmland for Public Lease
    - We also buy farmland for public lease through our Farmland Bank. This farmland is reserved for the elderly, retired, or inherited farmland owners and is preferentially leased to young farmers including start-ups and individuals in their 20s and 30s.
Farmland Lease Consignment
  • Our corporation offers a unique farmland lease consignment service for non-cultivated farmland, leasing it to a farmer after being entrusted to us.
